Refund policy

We have a 24hr refund policy, which means you have 24hr before cancelling your reservation to receive your full refund. If cancellation is made lesser time than this refund will not been made. or discussed other wise.

Damages and issues

In first instances if any damage has been made by yourself or others while in your care contact us ASAP at caravankingsinfo@gmail.com. We will be more than helpful and will work with you for a resolution of these damages.

Minor damages a damage fee will be charged and expected to be paid in full..

If the damages are major and require insurance claims you will be liable for the excess fee of these. Or we can make other arrangements if both agreed upon. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve  automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
